We Provide Fast and Free Ground Shipping on most parts in the Continental U.S!
For orders containing parts that have
special handling requirements, or parts that are either to heavy or
oversized for standard ground
service, charges are based on the carrier's published rates... but may
not include special fees imposed by the carrier at the time of
delivery. All additional costs will be billed seperately and at the
rate charged by the carrier. Most parts that
require shipment via a freight truck are charged a fee based on the
actual shipping weight of the total order. Often additional
charges are assessed if the order is unloaded at a location without
a dock (a good example of this is a residential address). All
additional charges will be billed seperately and at the rate charged by
the freight company. All orders are subject to a handling fee of
$9.99 and there are additional charges for unboxed, oversized, or
hazardous

We ship in-stock parts the same day
when we receive your order by 6:00 pm Central Time (7:00 pm Eastern
Time), Monday through Friday. All orders placed after 6:00 pm Central
Time will ship the next business day (orders placed after 6:00 pm on
Friday will not be shipped until Monday) Orders placed on Saturdays,
Sundays, or holidays will be shipped from our warehouse on the next
business day.

If you live outside the continental
US , Please Contact a Sales Representative for the specific shipping
costs associated with your order.
If there are any additional fees above
and beyond the amount shown on your order acknowledgment, a Customer Service
representative will contact you prior to shipping. The minimum
estimated shipping charge (if any apply) will be billed at the time
the order is placed and displayed on your order acknowledgment.
Most parts are shipped as
they become available, which may result in multiple shipments for a
single order. If this occurs a Customer Service representative will
contact you.
For special order parts that we do not
keep in-stock, the time it takes to get the part is totally dependant
on the availability of the part from the manufacturer. All special
orders are filled in the order they were received. Special order
parts will be shipped as they become available.
All
shipping and handling charges are subject to change without notice.
Please do not sign for any package that
shows damage to the outside carton. Have the delivery driver note the
damage on the bill of lading and refuse it. If you chose to
return an item that you have taken delivery of, Contact a Sales
Representative for details of our Return Policy prior to shipping the
item back.
If you have provided us with an active
e-mail address you will receive a shipping confirmation notice
containing the tracking number of the delivery.
