Return Policy
If you're not satisfied with our
products or our service, we'll refund your money, period !
Just Contact your Sales Representative and
return any new or unused part within90 daysof the shipping date and
we'll refund your purchase price. Unfortunately, shipping and
handling charges are not refundable and we cannot accept returns on
any part specially ordered for you.
All returns must be in their original
box and in “sellable” condition. Returns should be shipped to us
prepaid (we are sorry, but we can not accept returns sent to us
"collect") and we strongly suggest you send them via a carrier that can
trace the location of a lost package. In addition, you may want to
insure the part being returned to protect yourself against loss.
Make sure to
include a copy of your invoice, along with a completed Return
Authorization Form (Available from your Sales Representative), in the
box with the part(s) to be returned. Please include a note indicating
how you like us to handle your return. If you are requesting an
exchange or the part is defective please let us know.
We generally
process returns within 1-2 days of their arrival.
Any return after 90 days will be
subject to a restocking fee (generally 20%) based on the condition of the part and
the length of time that has passed prior to our being notified. Parts
over 12 months old will not be accepted for return unless they are
warranted by the manufacturer.
Please note we do not offer UPS call tag service at this time.
